By creating a profile, you'll receive essential updates and personalized communications. If you're interested in receiving our availability list for cut flowers, please tick the box labelled "Availability List - Cut Flowers."  

Finding the Product:  
Browse the website to find the product you want to purchase. Use search filters or categories to narrow down your options if needed. For cut flowers, please navigate to the "Shop" dropdown menu, choose the "Cut Flowers" category, and explore the selection of flowers we currently offer.  

Adding to Cart:  
Once you've found the product, click on it to view details such as size, colour, quantity, etc. Select the options you prefer, and then click on an "Add to Cart". This action places the item in your virtual shopping cart.  

Reviewing Your Cart:  
After adding items to your cart, you can see a summary of what you've selected. Make sure everything is correct in terms of product details, quantity, and price.  Proceed to Checkout:  When you're ready to complete your purchase, proceed to checkout. Please choose your preferred collection point. Please note that a standard delivery fee of R161 applies. If you are unable to collect the flowers from the farm and require delivery, a minimum order of R1000 is required.  

Enter Shipping Information:  
If your order is less than R1000, farm collection is the only available option. If you prefer delivery, please check with the office to confirm feasibility. For details on couriered orders, please visit the "Orders to be Couriered" tab.  

The next step will be to "Continue to Review," "Confirm," and "Complete Purchase." After completing these steps, you will receive an Order Number from our side.  

Payment Method:  
Due to recent incidents of unpaid invoices following delivery, we kindly request that you provide proof of payment before collecting your flowers. Our drivers have been instructed to withhold flower deliveries until payment confirmation is received. We appreciate your cooperation and understanding as we implement this new procedure.  

Cancellation and Amendment Policy: 
a. The Buyer reserves the right to cancel or amend all orders up to 5 days before the scheduled delivery date without incurring any cancellation fees. However, it is essential to notify our office of any cancellations, as online cancellation is not available. Failure to inform the office may result in continued liability for the order and payment of the flowers.  

b. Cancellations made 2 – 4 days before the selected delivery date will incur a 20% cancellation fee.  

c. The Buyer may decrease the order by a maximum of 20% per line item 2 – 4 days before the selected delivery date. There are no restrictions on adding goods to the order during this period.  

d. The Buyer is fully liable for the entire order if cancellation occurs within 0 – 2 days before the selected delivery date.

Notification and ETA: 
You will receive a WhatsApp notification on the day our dedicated driver departs from our farm. The estimated time of arrival (ETA) at your designated collection point will also be communicated to you via WhatsApp. If you require your flowers on a specific day or time, please arrange this with us before the day of departure from the farm.  

Identifying Our Delivery Vehicle: 
Our driver operates a distinctive large white truck branded with the unmistakable Adene's Farm Flowers logo.  

Time-Sensitive Collection: 
Please note that our flowers are available for pickup strictly within the specified time window. Unfortunately, we cannot hold them at drop points beyond the designated collection period.  

Bring Your Own Buckets: 
For the safe transport of your beautiful blooms, we kindly request that you bring your own buckets for collection.  

Collection Points: (These are designated locations where you can meet our truck at a specified time. Please note, our drivers cannot hold your flowers at the stop or wait if you are delayed, as our schedule is tightly managed.)

For deliveries within the Western Cape, we use ST Courier services.

ST Courier will invoice the courier charges directly. Please be aware that we cannot guarantee same-day delivery. ST Courier will confirm the expected delivery date once the flowers are received from Adene’s Farm Flowers.  

Air Freight Delivery Details: 
We offer nationwide flower delivery via air freight, managed by FWD Freight.  

Key details to note: 
- Deliveries are made exclusively to Cape Town Airport after 1 pm. 
- Upon receiving the waybill and flight times from FWD Freight, we will promptly share this information with you via WhatsApp. This information is essential for your collection. 
- Flowers are kept in cold storage from drop-off until your collection at the airport.

Our commitment to providing the freshest and most vibrant flowers involves a meticulous weekly stock update process. Here's how we manage our stock:  

Stock Update Schedule: 
We update our stock weekly and dispatch the Availability List for Cut Flowers thereafter. We follow a two-week loading approach to ensure accuracy and transparency in our offerings.  

Week 1: Comprehensive Garden Inventory 
During the first week, we showcase all available stock in our garden on our website for seamless online purchasing. This includes everything currently available in our garden. 

Week 2: Strategic Stock Selection 
In the second week, we load a selection of stock that we confidently expect our garden to produce. This ensures curated access to high-quality blooms.  

Weekly Stock Topping-Up: 
Stock is consistently updated every Tuesday during the second week. This periodic "topping up" of stock ensures our offerings remain robust and diverse.  

By adopting this approach, we aim to provide you with accurate and reliable information about our floral inventory. Thank you for your understanding, and we look forward to providing you with the freshest blooms from our garden.

Please note that we can assist in proactively loading your order based on current availability. However, loading the order in advance does not guarantee the secured availability of the items.
