An order confirmation will be sent after we validate your order.

b. We Handle the Order for You (Manual Order):
We can manually load your order within the 2-week lead-time. This doesn't guarantee stock availability but prioritizes your order.
We'll communicate via email and WhatsApp for details such as flowers, wish list, budget, and specifications.

Notification and ETA: 
You will receive a WhatsApp notification on the day when our dedicated driver, Elton | Kirsten, embarks on the journey from our farm. The estimated time of arrival (ETA) at your designated collection point will be communicated to you via WhatsApp.
If you need your flowers on a specific day or time, we please ask that you make arrangements with us prior to the day of the flowers leaving the Farm.

Identifying Our Delivery Vehicle: 
Our driver, operates a distinctive big white truck adorned with the unmistakable Adene's Farm Flowers branding. 

Time-Sensitive Collection: 
Please be mindful that our flowers are available for pick-up only at the specified time. Regrettably, we are unable to retain them at the drop points beyond the designated collection window. 

Bring Your Own Buckets: 
To facilitate the safe transport of your beautiful blooms, we kindly request that you bring your own buckets for the collection. 

Important Payment Procedure Update: 
Due to recent instances of unsettled invoices post-delivery, we kindly request that you furnish proof of payment prior to collecting your flowers. Our drivers have been expressly instructed to withhold flower deliveries until confirmation of payment is received. We sincerely appreciate your cooperation and understanding in adhering to this new procedure.

Courier Information: 
For deliveries within the Western Cape, we utilize the services of ST Courier. 

Please take note of the following details regarding packaging costs associated with flower courier services: 
Packaging Costs (including VAT)
Small Box: R30 
Big Box: R40 
Waterbags: R7 per Waterbag (combining 2 bunches in 1 bag) 
Delivery Cost to Cape Town Depot: R161 

The courier charges will be invoiced directly by ST Courier. It's important to emphasize that we cannot guarantee same-day delivery. ST Courier will confirm the expected delivery date once the flowers are received from Adene’s Farm Flowers.  

Air Freight Delivery Details: 
We extend our flower delivery services nationwide through air freight, facilitated by TSU Cargo. 

Please take note of the following important information:  
We exclusively deliver to Cape Town Airport after 1 pm.  
Upon receipt of the waybill and flight times from TSU, we will promptly share this information with you via WhatsApp. This information is essential for your collection.  
The flowers are maintained in cold storage from the time of our drop-off until your collection from the airport.

Our commitment to providing you with the freshest and most vibrant flowers involves a meticulous weekly stock update process. Here's an insight into our stock management:  

Stock Update Schedule: 
Stock is updated weekly, and the Availability List for Cut Flowers is dispatched thereafter. We adopt a two-week loading approach to ensure accuracy and transparency in our offerings.  

Week 1: Comprehensive Garden Inventory During the first week, we showcase all available stock in our garden on our website for seamless online purchasing. This reflects the entirety of what our garden currently has to offer.  

Week 2: Strategic Stock Selection In the second week, we load a percentage of stock that we are confident our garden will produce. This ensures that you have access to a curated selection of high-quality blooms.  

Weekly Stock Topping-Up: 
Stock is consistently updated every Tuesday, specifically during the second week. This periodic "topping up" of stock guarantees that our offerings remain robust and diverse.  By adopting this approach, we aim to provide you with accurate and reliable information about our floral inventory.

Cancellation and Amendment Policy:  

a. The Buyer reserves the right to cancel or amend all orders up to 5 days before the scheduled delivery date without incurring any cancellation fees. However, it is imperative to notify our office of any cancellations, as online cancellation is not available. Failure to inform the office may result in continued liability for the order and payment of the flowers.  

b. Cancellations made 2 – 4 days before the selected delivery date will incur a 20% cancellation fee.  

c. The Buyer may reduce the order by a maximum of 20% per line item 2 – 4 days before the selected delivery date. There is no restriction on adding goods to the order during this period.  

d. The Buyer is fully liable for the entire order if cancellation occurs within 0 – 2 days before the selected delivery date.
